Dandelion Flower Preserve Recipe Idea No.1

What you need:

• Aran Island Goats Cheese (or your preferred goats cheese)
• A cut or two of bread - preferably brown
• Dillisk (or "Dulse")

Method:

Toast the bread lightly, add the goats cheese and toast lightly again.
Grab a bottle of our Dandelion Flower Preserve (y'know it's gotta be Wild Irish Foragers & Preservers) and drizzle generously over the lot... yummmmmmmmmm :)
It really is just a perfect match.
