Shrub Dressing Recipe No.1 - Recipe from Hey Pesto

Offaly Salad Dressing 

What you need:

• 2 tbsp.Wild Irish vinegar shrub of choice
• 4 tbsp.Rapeseed oil
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• Pinch brown sugar
• Sea salt & black pepper

Method:

Mix all ingredients in screw top jar and shake and... erm... that's it! Really simple, isn't it :)
